Developed in U, around the southern terrace with a small welcoming entry hall (where the guest toilet and washstand are located), and a long corridor leading to the private part, it is conceived for 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children’s.
Then you enter into the huge living room, with the lounge on the right, whilst the kitchen is located on the left. Huge French windows overlooking the Zen garden below. A long corridor leads towards the private part, that also displays a computer desk and shelves, as well as the closets, which shelves and hanging rails.

Kitchen: The ample American kitchen displays many cupboards, drawers and different work surfaces. It also provides space for an island to breakfast on, or to drop stuff or simply to use as another work surface. Pans and crockery for 12 + all the amenities & appliances already mentioned on the homepage.
Different doors in the corridor, one hiding the washing machine and tumble dryer; another one, further down for the heating device and the cleaning equipment.

Bedrooms (2): The master bedroom at the end of the apartment with a king size bed, a chest of drawer, another TV set and windows on 2 walls, one towards the small quiet street, the other one overlooking the Zen garden of the Residence. The other bedroom is equipped with a regular large double bed, breakable into 2 single beds and night tables.

Bathroom (1): This roomy bathroom includes a toilet, quietly separated by a wall, a double washstand, a huge bath and an Italian shower.

Terrace: The spacious terrace is situated south for plenty of light and sun in the rear of the building overlooking the zen garden below. It comes with modern weather-proof garden furniture.
