Completely renovated end of 2016, the residence is genteel, perhaps sophisticated un neo-classical house signed & designed by the architect Edward Pelseneer, it was built in 1874.
Located in one of Brussels Center historical boroughs “Congrès”, 10-15 minutes walk from “la Grand-Place” (1455, reconstructed en 1695), Brussels Park (1775), the Royal Palace (1815) and the reputed Sablon Square (1299).
It is also a classified borough … although it is not possible to deduce that when looking at the rue Royale perspective, whichever way you look).
