Meeting room, as well as a kitchen is equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven stove) to facilitate occupants’ daily life. Bicycle shed opening directly on the offices, from the back.
The offices are located on the ground floor of the residence, right through a white marble hall, accessible through a large private door that leads you right into the office space. They are situated at the back, i.e. they are extremely quiet. The residence is across the ‘Colonne du Congrès’ (Belgium’s unknown soldier monument), and opening up on Brussels famous downtown.
All units are equipped with private heating device, as well as specific meters for water, gas, electricity.

As you are aware, the guarantee cannot be used to pay the rent even if you are late, but only for any damages caused to the offices.
If you want, our housekeeper can also take care of the offices, under a direct arrangement.
Located in one Brussels Center historical boroughs “Congrès”, 15-minute walk from “la Grand-Place” (1455, reconstructed en 1695), Brussels Park (1775), the Royal Palace (1815) and the reputed Sablon Square (1299). As already mentioned: 20 minute walk from the European Parliament, and most of the embassies and permanent representations. Public transports right across the street, parking Indigo Royal, 3-minute away, behind the ‘Colonne du Congrès’.
