EXCLUSIVE ABODE CLAIMING EASTERN CHARM

Apartment developed in U around the living space, with a night corridor upon entering, the rest opening on the living area that showcases a dining table, sofa and leads toward the great terrace overlooking the Zen garden and the kitchen. It is designed for 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children’s.
Huge windows wall the whole living room and do open on some Brussels rooftops. The guest toilet is discreetly hidden at a dead end.

Kitchen: The many cupboards, drawers and different work surfaces are located behind the bar, which can as well be an island to breakfast on, or another flat surface to drop stuff or simply to use a surface to prepare a buffet. Pans and crockery for 12. And of course, all the amenities already reported in the homepage. In the private part, different doors for different closets, with hanging rails, and/or shelves, or simply hiding the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms (2): The master bedroom is on the left when getting through the door at the beginning of the private part. t shows off a king size bed, and another TV set encased in the wall of built in closets. One set of windows overlook the Zen garden of the Residence, and the own apartment’s terrace.
Second bedroom equipped with a regular large double bed, breakable into 2 single beds and night tables.

Bathroom (1): Lovely bathroom that includes a toilet, quietly separated by a wall, a double washstand, a huge bath and an Italian shower.

Terrace: The huge terrace is situated south for plenty of light and sun in the rear of the building overlooking the zen garden below. It comes with modern
weather-proof garden furniture.
